Provide financial support FUND THE MATCH

Through financial contributions from community organizations and clubs Kids Beating Cancer is able to recruit new, informed, committed donors onto the national Registry. No gift is too small. Creative ways your organization or club can Fund the Match.

1.    Organize a fund-raising event or support one of Kids Beating Cancer's already scheduled annual events.
2.    Solicit for donations for specific Kids Beating Cancer specific children's programs or services, such as contributions for Kids Beating Cancer to give Bunky Bears, Bicycles and Blankets to the Kids, or sell Kids Beating Cancer’s annual Little Angels Calendars for $10
3.    Contribute funds to cover tissue-typing costs at a drive in the community or sponsor the testing of your organization or club.
4.    Make an annual contribution to Kids Beating Cancer's Pediatric Marrow Transplant Program.
5.    Workplace Giving campaigns around the country administered by America's Charities allow dollars of all sizes make it possible for children with cancer served by Kids Beating Cancer to receive the transplant that will offer them the best hope for a cure, when they need it.
6.    Planned gifts can help you reduce capital gains tax, provide income tax deductions and even generate income for life. There are two types of planned gifts: Bequests giving a lasting legacy supporting our life-saving mission and programs and Life income gifts. In addition to the capital gains income tax benefits, life income gifts offer fixed income, such as the charitable gift annuity and charitable remainder annuity trust, or variable income, such as the pooled income fund and charitable remainder unitrust for life. A charitable lead trust can be an excellent way to pass assets to your heirs, while providing gifts to Kids Beating Cancer for a term of years to come. Join the corporations and organizations -- of all sizes, from office settings to college campuses, to community events -- holding marrow donor recruitment drives across the country. Kids Beating Cancer will help you tailor a marrow donor recruitment campaign to your specific setting and execute it smoothly and efficiently.

How it works

Kids Beating Cancer will work with you to plan your organization's financial commitment and/or scale of volunteer recruitment. We hope that marrow donor recruitment will become an ongoing part of the culture of your organization.   Kids Beating Cancer will work with you to manage the process of educating potential donors and helping them join the national Registry. If someone from your recruitment campaign becomes a match for a patient, the local Donor Center closest to you will work with that person through each step of the donation process . Information for individuals

You don't have to be a large corporation or organization to help Kids Beating Cancer add donors to the Registry. Many patient families, friends and other individuals are successfully recruiting donors every day with Kids Beating Cancer.
